I am real upset with Game vdb, my printer was not working and I took it in on the 4/08/13 and told her I need my printer (on guarantee), today I phone she told me it is ready but they must still collect it maybe tomorrow or Monday who knows when.. I told her I need it and the answer I got was it takes 2 to 6 weeks and they still got 2 weeks left and have a nice day. This is customer care for you
