I have been dealing with one of their employees, Gideon Mokomele, and I just want to comment on what fantastic customer service he provided since I first stepped into the store.
He immediately approached me, was friendly and courteous, and demonstrated a sincere willingness to assist. He really went out of his way to help me out, so that I could make the right decision regarding my purchase.
When I phoned back today, he could straight away recall who I was, and again was extremely professional and proactive in helping ensure everything goes smoothly for the delivery of my furniture.
In a country where customer service leaves a lot to be desired, it is encounters like this that make all the difference. Wow! And I believe that when individuals go the extra mile and are so friendly and professional, they deserve to be acknowledged and praised. I would like to extend a big thank you to Gideon for his level of professionalism and humanity, and his genuine enthusiasm in what he does.
It will definitely ensure that I go back to that store again and again (and I will be asking specifically for Gideon's assistance!)
