On Thursday 17 October I shopped at your Riverside store in both the men's and lingerie departments and in both stores I received exceptional service. I was shopping for a long men's top and tie for my husband and the gentleman who runs your men's department went out of his way to help me with sizing pricing and colour options. When I returned on Friday to make a change to my purchases he recognised me and enquired whether my husband was happy with his shirts and tie. Not only was he helpful but polite and friendly a real compliment to your store. I had a very similar experience in your lingerie department where the lady in charge went out of her way to ask me what I was looking for and find sizes for me. I was there for quite sometime and the store was relatively busy. Not only did she continue to make sure I had what I was looking for but she also attended to the other customers with the same friendliness and efficiency. I had been served some time ago by the same lady and I received the same quality service. She too is a compliment to your store.
