I tried to purchase a order from [URL Removed] on the 22nd of October, by paying via ebucks. I logged on, didn't receive an otp sms, when I requested for otp sms, got a blank screen. Tried to follow the same procedure only to find I was revoked. Firstly ebucks site and sending an otp, clearly doesn't work. I then went via ebucks [Email Removed] to request to check into the matter, and ensure I will be able to log on again. only received a response the following day indicating I will receive a pin. Still waiting to receive a pin. Requested again when will I receive a pin and got the answer they did forward the pin. At the end no investigation why I didn't receive the pin, or why I was logged out and am I able to make a ebucks payment. Either the people are incompetent working at ebucks or customer service or problems will not be resolved due to no care attitude. I tried to request my pin via the ebucks site yesterday, still waiting for my pin. Requested for my pin via ebucks site at 2:16pm and still waiting for my pin.
