I bought a microwave cash in December 2011. The same day, I brought it home and I unpacked it, set it up and turned it on. Firstly - when i put the rotator in there was 1 wheel missing but i made a plan. Secondly - there was power and it turned like it should but it didn't heat up and lastly the grill rack was bent badly. I phoned House and Home and after 20 min on the phone with this person then that person then another person and after screaming and shouting, they eventually delivered one to my door step. Now after 17 months, the exact same thing has happened. It comes on, turns but doesn't heat up! '!!! WHAT THE!!!
So... I take it back... And get into an argument with the manager. I get told that they will book it in... NO!!! Not acceptable. Same product on two different occasions!!! I will not accept anything less than a new microwave with a full guarantee. HR, I appreciate your response but I have had it!!! No more MR NICE GUY! I think it's about time that someone actually takes you people to task!!!
