I purchase from the Coachmans crossing PnP at least 3 times a week. I check my till slip on every purchase because 90% of the time I am over charged for at least 1 item.
Correcting the price is a serious waste of time at your customer service and they make it seem as if they doing you a favour.
The last time I purchased 6 packs of Pop Corn at R7. each, they were all different flavours and hence all different barcodes. I always check the barcodes before i purchase the items at PnP.
After paying I notice I was over charged for all of them by about R1.50. So the scan rite policy is that I get the item free if there is a Barcode.
The lady at customer service goes and collects all the price tags and says I only get the one free and the rest at a lower price. I say that they are all different barcodes but she rudely disagrees that it works that way.
Going to change the price and get a refund of R2 is a serious waste of time and it happens too often. I have seen that you have electronic prices in some Daily stores, please adopt this in all stores and make life easier.
Northgate hyper is another problem with 5 different Prices/barcodes under 1 item.
