I have been shopping at Game for some time now but still experience the same incorrect labelling of products and lack of customer service.
The staff at all the Game stores I have been to are totally, eg. at Sandton Game, the Till Operators wont pack your packets (or at any other Game I have been to), Is this a norm? Are the customers to pack their own packets??? Is this not part of your SLA to the public?
Game Greenstone, worse experience ever. Was there on Sunday, 3 products have been incorrectly labelled with pricing... I notice this everytime I shop at this particular store (so therefor i go through the whole bill before leaving the store).. Had to wait for about 30mins to get a refund.. this happened to me twice before.. Is there no procedures that you guys work with to ensure correct item pricing? And as for the staff!! instant headache..never have I experienced such terrible service.
