I bought a set of cast iron pots on Saturday 27 July at Pick 'n Pay Hyper Woodmead. When I got home I took the pots out the box and threw it away. Upon washing the pots before use the black coating peeled off the pot and when I called to be advised on the process of returning the goods I was advised that I would not be able to return them as I'm required to provide the original packaging. Now this is totally impossible as we dwell in a huge complex and to go through the huge amount of rubbish to get the original packaging is a nightmare. Really disappointed that now I'm stuck with damaged products that I cant even use!!
