I bought a platinum ottimo coffee machine from Checkers the Glen, when i moved houses 2 days after i bought it, the glass jug broke! I phoned the glen to try and get a new one, but the Glen is not a hyper so they dont keep spare parts (or the guy i spoke to did not think so - he wasnt sure but he did not even check). I then called Checkers Hyper Edenvale and after being transferred to 4 people i spoke to Kedibone who would have checked and would have called me back last week (i think) Tuesday already! I just called Edenvale now and the receptionist does not know a Kedibone, and then she recalled that Kedibone might be someone in customer service, and as she was going to transfer me she only realized it was 8:50 and they only trade from 9 so now she firstly does not know the person, then she recalls, then she is going to transfer me, then OOPS i have to phone back! just wondering who do i speak to when i phone back? Cant ask for Customer service cause there is none :-(
