I received a phonecall today from tfg's credit department wanting to know when we intend to pay and how much. I argued with the person that it is impossible, as we do our payments every month. I got bankstatements and saw that we paid every month what our tfg statement says. I emailed tfg all the payments and dates as per the bankstatement and got an email back saying the last payment is not reflecting on my account and I need to submit proof to allocate the payment to the account. We pay by eft, what proof must I submit? A bank statement? How come I have to do this all of a sudden and for years we have done it this way with no problems? Am I going to have to do this every month if we pay via eft? The email I received has 05132777E as reference.
