No after sale service

I purchased a bed in November 2012 and payed cash for the bed, i went back to the shop In March 2013 to tell them that the bed had sagged in the middle they made a copy of the slip and told me that a rep would contact me in the week, well the week passed and so did months, i then went back in may 2013 and again they told me that a rep would contact me i even called there offices and spoke to Brenda and she told me that a rep will call me to sort out the bed. It is now July and nobdy has contacted me iam sick and tired of there pushing from pillar to post, and to make matters worse my Husband had a back op and he is waking and going to bed with servere back pain, and i feel that when we do go to the Dr iam going to forward all unessary bills to Mega Couch.

PLEASE HELP!!!
