Poor customer feedback

I went to the store during December looking for a white chest of drawers and matching pedestals that I saw previously in the store. I was told that the items are not available in store and warehouse but they will check for me if the items will be available again, the guy who was assisting even took my details down and I' m still waiting for feedback. I also purchased a dustbin in Rustenburg that had to be ordered and I' m still waiting to find out when to collect it. I cannot drive all the way from Brits to Rustenburg to be told that it 's not available yet.
