I phoned a few minutes ago to confirm if they can e-mail me a copy of my statement seeing as I would like to make a payment. firstly their account number for EFT payment purposes does not work!!! When you enter your card no as reference no it says invalid and I am not the first person who is complaining about this.
Anyway so I phoned the call center, asked the gentleman who answered the phone if he can e-mail me a copy of my statement. Without asking whom he is speaking to he just asked me to hold and transferred me without telling me he will be transferring me. Ok so get through to second consultant and have to explain my request once again - phone drops in my ear.
Can you just please send me my statement within the next hour???
