Unable to get hold of FNB consultant

I have a home loan at FNB . My 1st payment is due in October.
I received an incomplete sms to contact a consultant at FNB if i have questions.
I need to speak to her, to confirm a few things, but I am unable to get hold of her on the number provided and the e-mail is incomplete so I can't contact her via mail. When I phone the main number, I get asked various security questions and then get transferred to a number with no answer. The phone "hangs up " after a few minutes. Can I be contacted by C. Brown, my assigned consultant.

I also phoned yesterday and the consultant who answered insisted on helping me. After a 16 minute conversation she just tells me that my e-mail is to long.
