Ms Davidson from your financial services department called me to update my details on her system.
She was rude and aggressive from the second I answered the call.
According to Ms. Davidson she had called me a week prior asking for me with my old surname and I said I am not that person.
So when she called again she started interrogating me on the phone as if I was some sort of criminal to the point that she upset me so much that I couldn't hear her anymore and I put the phone down as I didn't need to take this abuse from her.
She called back and I didn't answer and she left a rude aggressive message on my phone.
I have been a Truworths account holder for so many years and it is because of Ms. Davidson's rude manner that I have now decided to cancel my account with Truworths and it is because of this one person that I am no longer interested in shopping at your stores.
I just thought I would bring this to your attention so that you can be aware of this lady's rude mannerisms and maybe you can prevent the same thing happening to other so called "valued customers" of Truworths.
