Pleas be advised that i bought a dress (white with a black stripe in the middle) from your store on 22 April 2013. i have only worne it once then attempted to wash it (6 May 2013) as per the instructions given on the garment. As i was busy washing it the black of the middle began seeping through to the white part and now the dress is ruined. I phoned Jet's customer service line on 8 May 2013 and was advised that they won't be refunding it as i washed it - what else are you supposed to do with it if you can't wash it. I am very dissapointed in their lack of assistance and understanding and will also be closing my account with them as i don't want to run the risk of wasting anymore money on what seems to be badly made clothing.
