Bought a dress at this shop. When handwashed, the dye ran into top white part. Took back & they refused to refund it. The lady at the till could not understand us as she was Chinese. I contacted the consumer company but got no response. We wasted R150-what the dress cost. The lady told us we should not have washed it-there were no instructions to say dry clean only or any washing instructions. They should use dye fix in some of their clothing then the dye would not come out. It was lucky that I washed this item alone or the more clothing would have been ruined. Remain unsatisfied and I won't be shopping there ever again. A year later and still no response from the consumer board-no use.
