No after sales service and no feedback

During August 2012, I purchased a dining room and plasma table. After 3 months (November 2012) the table began cracking and the chair seats became loose as well as one of the legs were cracked. The drawer of the plasma table was stiff. I called the Boksburg branch (December 2012) and reported this to a Mr Shabir, he asked me to email the pictures to him. I done so and I waited for a month with no response. I then went to the Carnival City Mall branch (January 2013) where Mr Jonathan assisted me, he forwarded my email to the. I was contacted in February 2013 by the supplier & he conducted cheap patch work on the table, told me to get get my chairs fixed elsewhere (which would cost me) and that I should spray, spray and cook on the drawers. After a day, The table looked even worse. I called in early (February 2013) and a lady by the name Ms Leonie attended to me. I received another defective table. I informed Ms Leonie about it and she said she will send another table. After a month of waiting no table arrived, I recontacted Ms Leonie and she said she was so busy she forgot to follow up. I even contacted Mr. Smiso who also promised delivery on Friday 03/05/2013 no luck!
