I am looking for a specific DVD some of your Durban branches reflect they have it but cannot find it the one at gateway supposedly has a few copies but I live in pinetown and when I asked if they could have a copie brought in they said that Gateway doesn't do that and non of the other branches have it altho 3 reflect they have copies. I have emailed twice had one response to the fact that Gateway has copies and when I replies asking to have one brought nearer i have had no response, If you do not like business just say so cause I will go else where and I will tell as many people as possible about the lack of initiative and willingness to help customers and get back to them.
