You people did it again. My account information is private. Why do you call my employer and tell them that i am not paying my account. You need to train your staff on the importance of not discussing a person's issues with a3rd party. I am escalating this issue this time because looks like it wasnt dealt with accordingly. I made arrangements to pay a little extra on my accounts and WE ARE NOT 3 MONTHS IN ARREARS AS THE THAT SPOKE TO MY HR MANAGER STATED!!!
