Ordered SAUCY chicken on 3 May to be collected on 5 May 2013. A Helpful lady assisted me & as she could not get hold of her manager, I then left and whilst walking to my car, the lady came running after me, asked me to write down how much chicken I want as well as my details-at this point I was impressed. On Saturday, I decide to go to the store just to ensure the order has been placed and another lady at the counter tells me, "don't worry, your order for collection at 10:15 tomorrow is there". I SPECIFICALLY say "small pieces, " and point to the goods displayed at their counter, knowing that it is weighed. Sunday comes and I send my hubby to collect the chicken and when I open the parcel, am HORRIFIED at receiving these huge, chicken pieces (looks like inported chicken) which I was DISGUSTED to serve to my guests. After several attempts to get hold of a manager, I end up speaking to Nicholas, take the left over chicken to him and he would contact me Monday 6 May. Called Monday eve, spoke to another manager who called Nicholas and he forgot to call me and would contact me at 9am today. Nicholas clearly still needs schooling in client service -it's 10:45am 7May -Still no call from him
