I went to KFC to place an order of two pieces of chicken, Trudi then brought my order with 1 chicken breast and the smallest wing I'd ever seen. I asked her to please change the wing for a more decent piece as this is not a meal, I order 2 pieces of chicken, she proceeded to tell me that she cannot do anything about it and that if I wanted 2 decent pieces I should have specified my order and said " 2 separate pieces of chicken"... Appalled by her smart remark I asked to see her manager she agreed to call her and in doing so she told me that there was no point and that the only way to change or correct my order was to wait at KFC until someone orders the same thing, then maybe she would swop my order with theirs, I couldn't agree with this and asked for my money back, she refused and told me that she cannot give my money back. I then insisted on seeing her manager. Her manager then swopped the wing for a drumstick, neither of the woman apologised or made an effort to make me feel like a valued customer, they acted like the we're doing me a favour, Trudi was so loud that everyone was staring at me "like I was fighting over chicken" I walked away feeling so embarrassed. Never have I!
