On the 5 April 2013 we handed our Sony LCD TV in for repairs after 2 yrs of having the unit the USB port stopped working. I made it quite clear to the lady that they need to inspect the item and ensure this is brought back in working and the same condition. On the repair doc it was stated that the tv had scratches on the stand ONLY. This was inspected by that customer service lady. On the 19 April 2013 we were requested to fetch item as it had been repaired. We were only available to fetch the item last week Friday 3 May 2013 due to us moving into a new place. So we go to the store and collected the item which was wrapped in bubble wrap and plastic so we couldn't see any damages. I eventually unwrapped the unit on Sunday to setup this up. Only to find the USB working 100% however, the TV had several scratches all over the tv unit. The screen has 2 white patches which have bubbles on them permanently now and the TV shuts down after 2 hrs of viewing. I need this item as repaired and in the same condition as given to you. This needs to be done today. Failure to rectify will result in me contacting Walmart Directors today. I want my TV working and in mint condition as given!!!
