REPAIR MY TV NOT DAMAGE!!!

On the 5th April 2013 i sent my SONY TV for repairs (faulty USB). This was fixed weeks later. Yes weeks later. Nevertheless, i was told my TV was ready for collection. I opened up the bubble wrap and noticed the there was scratches throughout the frame of the tv. There was a white patch on the left bottom side of the screen when it was switched on and finally the TV switched off after 2 hours of viewing. So i logged a complaint and was asked to bring my tv in once again. On the 7th May 2013 i took this in and clearly stated the issues. Ricky did call me on 2 occasions with an update. Now with no tv over a month i was called up on the 16th May 2013 and was told the suppliers have not detected any faults so they will be sending back to store for collection. HELLO the TV was never sent to you guys with these issues in the first place. Then now i'm told that the scratches could have come from anywhere. Really now do i have time to be wasting on stuff like this. I WANT MY TV BACK IN THE SAME CONDITION I HAVE HANDED IT IN. If there was scratches made by me then i would have identified this with the 1st issue as it was inspected by the customer service lady. Js fix my TV!!!
