I went to Game inPavillion (Westville) to purchase a tricycle for my couzin's son & the one i found at Pavillion wasn't in a good condition and requested them to call Galleria to see if they had the item and yes they did and i personally spoke to the sales lady (Sapna) in that dptmnt she adviced me that she will keep the item for me, so i drove from Westville to Amanzimtoti to fetch this item but when i got there, Sapna was nowhere to be seen, i had to literally run around the store looking for her as everyone kept sending in all directions, i also looked for the item in the toys section and couldn't see the tricycle and for some reason there was nobody working in that section in the absence of Sapna, eventually i spoke to the manager (Vikesh) and he called Sapna on her phone Sapna and told me she would be back in 5 mins, i waited for 15 mins and nothing, by this i had already spent about 1h45min waiting so when i told Vikesh that i am not happy about the service he told me that BY LAW he can't force Sapna to come back, he didnt say this in a polite manner and all he could have done was to get someone to get me the toy, all customer were looking at like a fool when he said this, DISAPPOINTED
