Furniture City is incompetent

I bought two fridges, a bed and coffeee table from this store in Johannesburg last month. One fridge was supposed to be delivered to my mother's house in Durban. It wasn't delivered until she had to hire a car and get it herself from Furniture City at Crescent Mall in Umhlanga. When she got home the fridge did not work. She called the salesman at Southgate and he told her someone would be sent from Crescent, nobody came. When I called I was told that Crescent people had not come because they were scared of going to the township. On Friday, May 3, I personally went to Furniture City at Crescent to try and get help, but was told taht they did not know anything about thye fridge not working. I was told to call the store on Monday, May 6 and speak to a certain Shaun, I've just called that Shaun and he says he can't do anytghing because Southgate has not given him my proof of purchase. On top of that, he tells me that I must call Southgate and tell them to fax him the proof of purchase. My mother has been sitting with a fride that does not work for the past two weeks. I have heard of bad service, but this is extreme. And I purchased goods amounting to R26 000 at once, for this nonsense
