I have reached out to Woolworths 4 times over the last two weeks to close my account which has been paid in full. They have not even bothered to respond to me once saying they are working on it.
Woolworths has no issues contacting you or putting you up to to collectors (which they have readily done to me in the past). But when you do not pay them but when you pay off your account in full and ask for it to be closed/paid up letter provided - they do not even bother to respond to you.
I have tried contacting them 4 times and not even one word to say you are working on it or that you received my request - this is a disgrace.
