Massive discrepancy on account
I have contacted Woolworths HQ 3 times in the past 2 weeks. I have been kept waiting 3 x 8 to 10 minutes to be attended to. I have explained my problem with my account 3 times. I have been promised 3 times that Woolworths would mail me a breakdown of my account. I have heard zero reply and had zero email response....zip, zilch, zero. COULD SOMEONE, ANYONE GIVE ME THE CONTACT DETAILS OF THE WOOLWORTHS MD OR MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBLE SO I CAN TRY GET SOME ANSWERS???
