No delivery, no refund, dishonest service

We ordered and paid for a Swarovski pendant on 19 December 2012. On Jan 27 2013 we realised we had not received the item and upon complaining were told to wait for feedback. After no feedback we complained again on 19 Feb and were told our account was escalated and delivery would take place shortly. On 14 March with no further news we complained again as there was no delivery and were told this time that our request for refund has been approved even though we didn't ask for a refund as we were naively still hoping to get the product we ordered! Finally we were told that they had no stock after another complaint! Were they hoping we would forget about the order and not follow up, why take 3 months to finally admit there is no stock!! This is disgusting customer service and lack of respect for the consumer. After no further delivery we asked for a refund on 1 April and still no refund by 27 April despite being promised that a refund will take place. STAY AWAY from this incompetent and dishonest company!!!
