As customer I have rights for my money

Never getting back to us, bad service and a complete lack of enthusiasm. Time an time again I had to phone to find out what's happening with my acc. No interest what so ever... when you phone to enquire no ones there... the phone just keeps ringing... when they do decide to answer they put you on hold and forget that you there... phone back and they tell you the person you looking for is not in... very disapointed and feel like taking my buisness some where else...
