It's been three weeks now and I'm just so disgusted with the service that I'm getting in this regard. I bought chest of drawers and they were not delivered when I called to enquire I was told there is no stock. As shocked as I was to be sold something that's out of stock I asked for a refund which when I came to the shop and there was no power and I left the docs in order for my money to be paid into my account untill today nothing have been done all I am getting is a run around. It seems like I am not been taken serious. I'm realy frustrated and very irate at this pathetic service and will not be walking in Furniture City ever coz this is the worst customer service I've ever come accross.
