Unauthorised transactions

On behalf of my mother: My mother asked a pharmacist on duty on the 09th or 10th April 2013 about the price of a brand of medicated shampoo called Selsun and how much would be deducted from her GEMS medical aid if she opted to use her funds. She then decided to pay the amount in cash therefore this would not be deducted from her medical aid. A day later she received a cellphone notification from GEMS about a medical aid deduction (which she had not authorised) for the same product that she had asked about. How did this transaction occur without my mother's consent? May clicks Zeerust email a certified copy of the slip that each customer signs for authorisation as proof? May this branch also examine it's own records to trace the names of all the pharmacists who were on duty over these days. If such transactions occur in the first place then Clicks should revise it's own controls regarding this. It is highly unacceptable.
