Terrible Service from Account Staff

I have had an account with Incredible Connection for many years now, using it only once but with a monthly admin fee of R5 I thought it was worth my while keeping it open in case I needed the credit facility. I noticed that I was all of a sudden being charged a further R22.50 for lost card protection which I had not requested. I phoned to ask how come. No one answered the phone no matter which option I chose from the voice prompter. A week later I gave it another bash and finally got through. I was told that it was added on automatically when you receive your card, after pulling my hair out trying to explain that its a recently added charge, the lady realised that in fact it was added after my current card had apparently expired and a new card was waiting for me at a store "somewhere". So I have been paying lost card protection for a card I don't have in my possession. I asked that my money please be returned to me, she said she would check with her manager and call me back, which surprise surprise never happened. Then to add insult to injury today I received this months bill saying that my debit order hadn't come off which in fact it had on the 3/04/13. So please contact me!!!
