I am behind with my instalments and i keep explaining to Loretta that i will pay the normal instalment by the end of August 2013; Because at the moment I am in a financial difficulty. But she keeps phoning me with a bad attitude and telling me that if i do not pay the required amount they will reposes my furniture. I also told her that I will pay what I can; but she gets so arrogant and rude that she does not listen to reason. I have been a loyal customer to Lewis for many years and have always paid my account up to date. Last year I paid my account up to date in a matter of a few months, and not once did I get a call from Loretta saying "Thank you for the payments".
I am tired of getting threats from Loretta about my furniture that will be reposed. At least I am making the effort to pay what I can. I have two accounts left to pay and I when those are paid up I will never again buy from any Lewis Store.
Very disgusted at Loretta's customer service. Thanks to her you have just lost another valuable customer.
