This is my second washing machine in one weeks time, both faulty. Now that I want a refund, you say that I must wait a week!!! This is unacceptable!!! You didn't wait one week for me to pay you!! Why should I wait??? I have kids and visitors... what about my washing??? I want my money back please!!!
