ADT damaged my property

Thanks for ADT for coming out last week and spending hours fixing our alarm. Unfortuantely the technician knocked a painting off the wall and the frame got damaged upon landing on the floor.
The technician phoned me and apologised saying his manager (Donovan) would call me about compensation.

Guess what, he hasn't phoned.

We are getting it re-framed for R500 which I expect to be re-imbursed.
