CCV, Worst mistake I ever made

October 2012 CCV technician came out the first time for repairs on my Audi, By the time they were finished the car looked terrible, was damaged more than before. Sanding marks all over the car where technician worked. I complained, Dawid technical manager and Mervyn Depot manager came out to see me. they acknowledged and apologised about the damage but would get it all repaired with their best technician. He came November, did a good job. My brother also commented 300% HAPPIER than first time on job card. 3-4 months later ALL the marks started showing up as patches over the car. I logged a complaint and requested CCV to send a manager with the technician, explaining what went wrong and why this time they will be able to fix without it showing again later. They Failed again, I had to wait 4 Hours for Mervyn to show up, who agreed that they won't be able to fix most of the marks, that I need to get quotes for the respray of the damage. Now Anton (owner) refuses to pay the damaged 8 Panels (R26500) on car, only willing to pay for 2. They claim to have improved the value of my car by R15000 but I'm not selling??? So I gotta be GRATEFUL to have damaged car! Pathetic!
