It is with extreme disappointment that I am writing. Upon doing some research I see that I am complaint 346 about chubb on HP. We had a security gate installed by Chubb about 6 months ago.
I was very impressed with the service received from the Sales Consultant that came to see me whilst we were building. But it seems to me that once the deal has been signed, sealed and delivered - is where that service comes to a very abrupt end. Your acc department wasted no time in sending invoicing for payment.
Not only did I use Chubb to install our gate close and slam lock - but you also did our full Fire installation.
Due to the nature of our business - being a creche - we need to ensure that the safety gate at the front door closes automatically once people enter - to ensure the safety of the children. After having a technical team eventually had a look at the gate no one has been in contact with us. We have send multiple mails to chubb to complain but unsuccessful to say the least. We are not experts on gates installations but i think any person could see this was a bad job.
I have never came across such unprofessional service.
Let's see if anyone from chubb bother to come back to me?!!
