Handed Ove

I was handed over for my account with this company. After we phoned and emailed them more then once! It took them over a month to respond to a letter mailed to them. They just want there money but do not fix the problem. The alarm system they installed has never worked correctly and the promises maid by then regarding the patrolling of residential area where never kept by them. Spoke to the Director of the company but he was just rude and told me to speak to the attorneys. Very unhappy with there service!
