I have just once again been called and harrassed by a very rude call centre agent from MBD Attorneys claiming that I ow MTN an amount dating back from 2002.
I have received one or two calls in the past where I have repeatedly requested a statement from MTN showing the amount they are claiming and the reason for the claim - I to date have received NOTHING.
The lady who has just called me has informed me that I am now on the credit Bureau for slow payment and threatend me to the point of saying I will not be able to open any accounts anywhere.
First of all this so called debt claim has prescribed! Secondly you are not allowed to put a person on the credit bureau for prescribed debt.
MBD Attorneys needs to be made aware that if I find out I have been listed on on the credit bureau I will be contacting an attorney to sort this matter out. I am tired of being harrassed and being threatened by rude call centre people!
