SBV negligence leaves me stranded for 2 months

Almost 2 Months ago one of this companies cash in transit vehicles crashed into my vehicle after what I would call, pathetic and reckless driving.
After months of pleading and asking them nicely to forward on a simple claim form to the insurance company, this company felt that driving into other
people's vehicles is just not important enough to them. Instead one get the feeling that this is only part of their day-to-day activities that gets procrastinated
and done at a time suitable for them... NEVER!
When dealing with these people, all you get is empty promises but NO ACTION which leaves me thinking, is that the way they do business as well.
With who do I have to talk to get something done at this place? Why do you have to go to extreme measures before getting heard? I am sorry but never in my
life would I ever see myself doing something like this, but I really feel this is my last resort.
If you want someone done today, there is lots of companies out there to do that for you, but unfortunately this is not one of them.
