On 12/2/2013 I subscribed to Tracker's Butler product. I was told it would cost me R50 per month but on 22/3/2013 R78.57 was debited from my account (ref: TRACKERAGL 051000057454TRACKER). This was R28.57 debited from my account without authorisation.
On 22/3/2013 I changed my subscription to register for eBucks and was told it would cost me R110 per month. In the same call I told them to cancel my Butler subscription. On 22/4/2013 R199 was debited from my account (ref: TRACKER 001545069TRACKDH5876) as well as the cancelled Butler subscription of R50 (ref: TRACKERAGL 051000057454TRACKER). This was R139 deducted from my account without authorisation.
To date Tracker has deducted R189 from my account without authorisation.
This is tantamount to and I demand that the money be returned to my account.
