I called the call centre (the only number available to me) and instructed the call centre person that I needed my door moved as my front door couldn't open. I specifically mentioned the fact that they needed to cut into my tiles to fit their railing. All the information was given, and that was that! A few days later a man called to verify the details and confirm a date. I again reiterated that tiles had to be cut, and yes no problem I was told. So on the 16th April, I eagerly awaited Maxidor, took the day off and everything! They arrived in the late afternoon and of course a problem. They weren't told that they had to cut through tiles. Really?!? So after they of course left, I was told their manager would call me and sort everything out. I received an email the next day and was told to pay upfront. I did. They were meant to come this morning, again took the day off but they couldn't come as it was raining. My problem?? I'm still waiting for someone to get hold of me to tell me what's happening and when my door is going to be moved- all of 30cm. This is why I will now only deal with Trellidor. Horrendous customer service Maxidor, you've lost a customer.
