Extremely poor service

I had a Maxidor installed 2 weeks ago and the door lock was faulty. The installer on the day told me that he would arrange for someone to come out on another day to have the problem fixed as he did not know how to resolve it. After three days, there was no contact from this person and I then called to find out what was going on. He told me the same thing again (That he would get someone to come out). Two days later, the SAME guy comes out, tells me the SAME thing and gives me the SAME answer resolution (That he would get someone to come out) Still nothing from him. I call the head office on Monday, spoke to a lady who says that she will get someone from the service department to call me. I tell her that it is urgent as I cannot use the door at all. She says she understands and will get someone to call me. Two days later and still nothing, what do I have to do to get this door fixed???
