I was contacted by ADT on Friday 29/11 to inform me that my house alarm had been activated and they would send a response vehicle and provide feedback. 20 minutes later my neighbour contacted me to inform me that there was indeed a burglar in the premises- I rushed home and the burglar had been apprehended by my neighbour and Atlas Security.
ADT did eventually send someone to inquire about what had happened and the watch patrol supervisor informed me someone would make contact. Monday midday, after numerous phone-calls to a call centre- I am still waiting.
I pay ADT for a service and expect it to be honoured. Atlas Security are now trying to sign me up but I would like to give ADT the opportunity to respond before I become Atlas' most enthusiastic supporter.
