After 1 a year of complaining to Netstar about their tracking device for not working they have not fixed it even took it in and as always have 110 reasons not to fix it even though it was still under guarantee i stopped paying and emailed them about it so they will fix it before i will continue to pay. They did not respond till the next month when they found out that I had a stop order on. I told them I refused to pay till they fix it . mean time I get between 1 to 2 calls a week for false alarms an even checked where vehicle was on their system and it showed it was always 200 or more kms away from were it is, even once somewhere in the ocean. After another 6 months of constant calls and complaints I removed it myself and till now 4 months later they have not phoned to find out why it's disconnected. And complaining through email or phoning don't help either for they just pass it to someone that pass you on again till you are fed up with it. I sent once 20 emails and no response but come end of the month they phone you for money. I asked for refund and they put phone in my ear down. Now I emailed them with my account for removing the tracker and no response yet.
