In June/July 2012 I bought a verchile & insured it with a company who aquired a tracking device.
So they insureance installed an Altech Netstar device & made the deal with them, I never signed for anything.
Then after a month or two, I went over from the insurance company to my personal broker.
October my car were written off in a accident. January I received an sms, stating that my system had been tested and it is still working 100%, but my battery exploded in the accident, when crashed into a heard of cattle. Just after Netstar sended me an sms, stating my account is overdue... I never know I had a personal account with them...
After a lot of calls where you have to explain your story to everyone, because it gets "recorded", a guy phoned me who is very simpatetic, explained he understands my prob, I must just get an affidavid with the whole story & emailed it to him for the account to be sorted out...
Then I start getting response, nobody knows who is the person who phoned me, & remember, the call has been recorded... I now have been handed over & must pay an account, I never agreed apon...
How do you pay for something that did'nt work for 5 months, & never agreed to???
