Damaged goods & BAD after service

I am so disappointed in Maxidor and the service i have received from them. They are quick to get your money and slow to respond. About a month ago i signed my agreement with Maxidor and paid the 50% deposit. They qere so eager for me to pay the differance that they arranged for installation to take place on the public holiday on the 21March.

The installer arrived the 21 March and could not install half of the burglar bars as it was to small, he then said he would return the next day to complete the job and did not pitch and did not even phone to advise he would not be completing the job which wasted a day which my husband took off toaccomodate them. I had to follow up and the following week the finished the job however the qulity of the b/bar inthe main room was very poor with cracks in the paint work and so i phoned the lady that arranged the installation to find out when that would be replaced? I phoned her on the 10 April and she promised to phone me back the same day to arrange for the replacemwnt of the damaged frame, todate i still await her call.
But it just shows that now that they have concluded the sale, the client is no longer important!
