I would like give props to Aqua net and the great service they provided. From the start they worked around our schedule and provided additional advice and services. appreciated as we are first time pool owners with a toddler.
One month after having the Aqua fence installed around our pool, my white sheppard decided she really needed to go for a swim and invited my other much larger shepard to join her. Now owners not being home and able to open the child proof fence for the pool party. My dog clearly jumped over short and tore the fence.
I phoned aquanet the next day (was completely honest that it was our dog's fault and was fully epecting to be charged for a new fence panel) i was informed that the installer who originally installed our fence was ill. We agreed to wait for the original installer.
The fence was repaired the very next week with no charge.
The service from Aqua net has been exceptional. we now realise that our dog has a hankering for the swiming pool and leave the gate open for her swimming pleasure when we are not home and close it again when we get home.
hopefully this does not happen again, but if it did, i don't mind giving aqua net a call for help.
