We have just received a mail from ADT saying: Over the past month responses to your premises have been in excess of the stipulated threshold and that if we exceed the amount allowed we will be charged accordingly. I HAVE SOME NEWS FOR YOU ADT IF YOU DID YOUR JOB PROPERLY THE FIRST TIME WE WOULD NOT HAVE FALSE ALARMS THREE OR FOUR TIMES A DAY!!! We have been complaining and complaining since this system was put in. It is constantly going off and annoying everyone in the neighborhood. They have complained to ADT too. The neighbor has confirmed the alarm is picking him up in his garden?? We constantly have to leave where we are and go home due to the alarm going off. How many times must one of us leave work to sort this out. You installed it now you fix it. You quoted us on this system and you suggested which one goes with our garden and suits our needs and yet each one that comes out says the problem is the wrong beams were put in for our garden. Then fix it!!! How is this possible you put these in daily and yet everyone comes out and says something different.. Re-install the system if need be but sort the problem out!!!
